Navy blue 100% polyester dress pleated front. Same fabric self tie belt. Zippered back elastic waistband. Long sleeves. No size label. Appears to be small to medium. Measures approximately 20 in from underarm to underarm. Waist band measures approximately 12 in flat and unstretched. Length measures 46 inch from shoulder to hem line. Dress has shoulder pads. Excellent condition!
