Vintage Helmut Lang Women's Blazer Grey early 1990s late 1980s. Helmut Lang Early 1990s (possibly, late 1980s) silvery grey 3 button blazer for women. Great style.  Well designed and sewn. Lots of pockets - inside and out. 2 functional hip pockets on the outside. Faux breast pocket on the left side. Inside - 3 functional pockets! So many women's blazers lack pockets.   This one has a total of 5 usable pockets. Fully-lined. The blazer lacks a fabric content label.   Could be a blend of silk and/or synthetic materials. I have only had it dry-cleaned. Never washed in a machine at home.
