Vintage Helen Andrews synthetic emerald and CZ sterling silver ring size 7

This is a vintage ring from 70’s to 90’s era in great condition showing some moderate signs of wear with no damage.  Gorgeous green emerald cut synthetic emerald made of glass, with two white / colorless trillion cut CZ stones. Prong set in authentic 925 sterling silver. Possibly plated with platinum or rhodium but will require some occasional polishing. Hallmark HAN for Helen Andrews jewelry.
