Vintage Hazel Atlas Fox Chase Hunting Scene Silver Domed Cocktail Shaker A beautiful scene painted in black, white, red and green, depicts a lively hunting scene often called the "Tally Ho!" pattern. Gamesmen, horses, and hunting dogs blend together to catch the ultimate prize. Drawn in a slightly kitschy way, you can help but try to locate every detail on this beautiful early Mid-century piece! The shaker itself is made of thick clear glass (painted over) and has a large aluminum dome lid with screw off spout. Measurements are: 10 1/4" high by 3 7/8" wide. Lid locks on easily and smoothly- with a tight fit that remains easy to remove when needed. The vintage condition is Excellent! Purchased at an estate sale (my favorite ever!) from a gentleman who's love of Mid-century equestrian themed decor truly touched my soul. There is only one small area on the black horse where it looks like the pattern is inconsistent, but it very well could be a purposeful design as the pattern feels very "animated." There are no chips, cracks, stains, fogging etc.
