Vintage Hawaiian flutter dress comfy summer cotton prairie

Very fun and comfy summer dress. Fits size XS to a smaller Small. Good vintage condition. I think the fabric is cotton, but may be a mix. Kind of a soft poplin. Across chest: 18” Length: 35”
