Vintage Havana sexy off the shoulder maxi dress

Beautiful navy blue Vintage Havana maxi dress. Cap sleeves worn off the shoulders. Buttons down the middle with tassel drawstring at waist, very flattering fit. 💙 I used this early in my pregnancies 💙 It's hard to see but this dress is open up the middle and has a high-low ruffle hem. The opening comes to mid-thigh on me, I'm 5'4".
