Vintage Havana Smocked Mini Dress

This dress is soooo adorable!! It has never been worn and still has the tags on it. The dress is an off the shoulder, but can be worn either way. The length is above the knee but just by a few inches. I love the pattern of this dress. It is a large but really could be fit as a medium. Its pretty stretchy and not too tight. Questions?
