Vintage Havana Racerback Tank Maxi Coverup Dress

NWT - Vintage Havana Racerback Tank Maxi Dress Rayon/spandex - loose knit weave, soft a lot of stretch. Tank style - maxi length, racerback. White with navy blue horizontal stripes, rounded hemline. Please see last photo where fabric has a small defect at the very bottom of the hem - unable to notice when wearing. This is see through - would need a slip underneath for coverage. Would be great for a coverup! Marked size small - approx 12.5" armpit to armpit and 55" long. Offers welcome!
