Purchased at a vintage shop on Cape Cod. I thought I would use it as a decorative piece, but never found the right spot for it. Woven straw with small white beads, cream heart beads, and rhinestones. Such a cool and beautiful piece of history! Last two photos are for reference only on how it is worn. Size looks approximately the same.

kdsposhcloset @halusells it more sits on the head and you are supposed to use clips or pins where the loops are to fasten to the head/hair. Let me see if I can find a similar picture

kdsposhcloset @halusells I added a couple of photos for reference. I hope that helps. I think a ribbon or scarf would also look awesome pulled through the loops and tied under the chin.
