Vintage Hat Blue Wool Felt Helmet Style

Tailored, chic and no nonsense this helmet style hat is made of Navy Blue Wool. It has bands of top stitching and a structured little stick out flourish on the side. No labels. Excellent condition! Inner hat band measures 21 1/2" around. Please note, my mannequin's head is a little smaller than most modern heads so this hat will likely sit a bit higher than it looks here.
