Vintage Hashtag Cat Mug by Elizabeth Brownd

This sturdy mug is from the 1990's before the hashtag as we know it, so maybe it's a tic tac toe or pound symbol decorating this cute cat mug. Excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks. Nice bright colors with a blue rim around the top.
