Vintage handmade blue and white above the knee flora dress. This dress looks like it could have been made today versus the late 60s. It is perfect for spring and summer. It can go from the office to dinner with a quick shoe change and is absolutely perfect for a cocktail party on the beach. The colors are vibrant and the flora pattern is lovely.
