Vintage Handmade Tea Dress by Louise Hedley

This beautiful tea dress is handmade by Louise Hedley of vintage fabric. In pastel colors. Has pink velvet trimming with included belt. Has pockets in front and lined at bodice but not the skirt. No size or care tag but fits like a size small, in my opinion. Stock pic is the same brand dress but different neckline. Approximate Measurements laid flat: Armpit to armpit: 16 1/4 inches Waist: 14 inches Length from top of strap to hem: 39 inches
