Vintage 1980s Handmade Satiny Blue White Paisley Floral Flippy Skirt Medium

This cute flippy skirt was handmade back in the 1980s by a friend of mine in her home economics class. Made on a sewing machine not hand stitched. Looks and feels like satin but it’s probably polyester. Fits like a medium. Elastic waistband. In good condition. There are a few spots where the stitches have pulled loose NOT torn. Could easily be repaired but I don't own a sewing machine. Measurements Waist: 15 inches Length: 26 inches
