Gorgeous leather, lots of patina, wear commensurate with age. Lining is shattered at fold lines from age, corners have signs of wear. Leather embossed reads “Rolodex Peraonal Organizer Model No. RO 830 Genuine Leather” I suspect but cannot prove that this was manufactured by Filofax Interior features two secretarial flap slip pockets, one card pocket.
