Vintage Handmade Reversible Wrap Around Tennis Skirt

I bought this skirt at a thrift store in the early 1990s, it was vintage then. It's handmade and so well-done and adorable. Wrap skirt with fabric ties and an embellished pocket is reversible, one side is white and the other is yellow and white gingham. The pocket on the front has an embroidered patch of a frog playing tennis and two tone piping. Excellent vintage condition for its age with a couple spots that need some touch up stitching. See photos, pocket edge and the tie. My hand stitching is terrible so I'm leaving that task for the buyer! No tags, no size but should match a modern size 4. See measurements, taken flat.
