Vintage Handmade Raggedy Ann Primitive Doll Red Rag Hair 18”

I am unsure when this doll was made, could be from the 70s up until the 90s and this came from a collection of Raggedy Ann and Andy stuff. I have been unable to find any markings on it. Definitely handmade and face hand painted. Clothing has stains on it, see pictures. From head to toes 18 inches.
