Vintage Handmade Quilt Vest, “Hand Made by Joan Moyer”

Also, REVERSIBLE! High quality, super on-trend quilt vest. No size- but measures 20.5” from armpit to armpit and 20” from top of shoulder to bottom of the vest. Likely will fit like a medium, maybe a large. No rips or tears- one small pinhole in the tag itself but otherwise in GREAT condition. Would keep for myself but its sadly too small for me.
