Polyester handmade to and skirt. See fourth photo, there's a little triangle shaped cutout, but it was intentional, as the fabric is finished. Measurements Top: Bust 36" Length: 18" 4" Collar Bottom: Waist 22" Length 27" A line design, four panels.
