Vintage Handmade Medium Striped Button Down Long 3/4 Sleeve Top 4th Of July

This handmade vintage long sleeve button down blouse has an interesting low neckline that is squared at the first button. It has patriotic overtones white with red and blue stripes, American flag colors. It's hard to say what decade this is from, but I would guess either 70s or 90s. There is no size tag, but the measurements put it around a medium or 10: Bust: 37" Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 24" Sleeve length: 23" Material: Cotton or cotton blend Condition: No flaws found
