Vintage Handmade Kids Smocked Blue/White Floral Dress

Incredible smocking on this piece, truly a remarkable heirloom dress. One of a kind! A few faint spots shown in last two photos. No clothing label found aside from '45'. Sizing fits years 2-4 best. Material is a type of soft flannel, the sweetest blue floral print, with buttons and tie at the back.
