Vintage Handmade High Waist Periwinkle Brown Polka Dot Midi Skirt - M Gorgeous vintage skirt in immaculate condition. No flaws. Fitted waist with some elastic (perfect condition). Zipper at the back with hook closure and snap. Material is not listed but appears to be a textured silk or poly? It has a matte sheen to it and a beautiful periwinkle blue purple color to it. Polka dots are a beautiful terra cotta brown. Slight mermaid flare at the bottom of the skirt. Pair with a white crop and sandals for summer, or pair with boots and a crewneck for transitional months. Size is not listed on the skirt as shown in the photos, but I have estimates based on US Standard sizing. Waist: 13" with stretch to 14" Length: 27.5"
