Vintage Handmade Hand Painted Brass Wood Face Art Belt Buckle African Pendant?

I am not really sure what this is, but looks like it is a hand-made brass and wood belt buckle. It could also be used as a pendant I suppose. Definitely Vintage. Looks like the brass is handworked, with a simple hand carved wood top. It has been painted by hand, and lined really well. Really a gorgeous piece, lightly cleaned and ready for new owner. This guy measures about 3-1/4" long and 2-1/2" wide. A crafty person can turn this into a very cool belt buckle or necklace! Stop by my closet to see what's new! Thank you for looking! 👀👍😇
