Vintage Handmade Framed Tapestry Textile Art Gainsborough Blue Boy Wall Hanging

Framed handmade embroidery wall hanging.   - Based upon Thomas Gainsborough's famous portrait The Blue Boy.  - Mounted in a gold toned frame with hook on back ready for hanging - Signed on back by person who made it, and dated to 1980.  - Good condition. Tapestry is complete with no loose threads. Some light 'fuzz' up close, though this is the nature of the thread used not from wear and tear. Frame is heavy, solid wood. At some point it has evidently been scratched and touched up with gold paint at the top, to the right (see close up photo).  Measurements: 24 1/2" x 15 1/4" x 1 1/4"
