Vintage Handmade Framed Paper Tole 3D Diorama Art Picture

Very old and collectible Vintage 3D Paper Cut Picture of a little Girl in a bonnet playing in the sand on the Beach in a gold-tone oval stand-alone frame. There is actual sand and genuine seashells on the picture. Glass has a slight concave design; frame shows wear. There is scotch-tape on the back of the frame to further secure.
