Vintage Handmade Flutter-by Dress With Pockets

This a gem. I believe it is handmade as it offers no tags. I also don't think it was ever worn. No defects as far as I can tell. Please check out the pictures for the details of the job. Pockets, they sewed pockets! Revolutionary for that time as I'm assuming, based on the fabric, this is from the 70's. Measurements (when laid flat): Smallest part of the waist: 17" shoulder seam to seam: 14" breast: 18- 20" length: 58"
