Vintage Handmade Dress

The sweetest, handmade, vintage dress. You can tell this dress was made with lots of time and love. Sadly, I purchased it without asking for measurements and it does not fit me. Someone needs to give this dress the life it deserves! There is a small imperfection. Tiny hole but it is shown in the pics. Just asking what I paid for the dress. Ptp measurement is just over 14”. Length is 38”
