[Vintage] Handmade Brooch

What a unique, one-of-a-kind, vintage piece! It appears to be handmade; however, the metal parts are soldered on. Gold/bronze hues, complemented by blue stones, a butterfly, and a gear, this piece has a steampunk vibe to it! The top, blue stone is loose, and I took several pictures so you can see that. It had an additional one that was knocked off. The metal bar is 3'' in length. Steam punk, or no? This piece is actually getting my creative juices flowing for some handmade pieces of my own!
