This is a homemade vintage apron. I do not know when it was made. It does have a few stains, as shown in the pictures. While the bottom hem has remained intact, the top hem at the waist has some loose threads, as shown in the pictures. The apron part is about 24 inches wide at the waist with 24 inch straps. It is 22 inches long. The apron is about 42 inches wide at the base.
