Vintage Handcrafted Italian Ceramic Vase

Vintage hand-painted Italian pottery, from the mid-20th century. It features a bird design with a mix of colors, including blue, yellow, and brown. The base of the pottery is marked with "ITALY" and a production number, indicating its origin and possibly its place within a series.  The style and motifs of the pottery are reminiscent of Iznik ceramics, which were produced in Turkey from the late 15th to the 17th centuries. Iznik pottery is known for its intricate designs, vibrant colors, and use of floral and geometric patterns. While the piece in the image is Italian, it appears to draw inspiration from the aesthetic of Iznik ware.  Some paint loss around top as shown.
