Vintage Hand-Carved Wood Burl Folk Art Bird

This little bowlegged friend emerged from natural wood burl with the help of an artisan who hand-carved it decades ago. (1960's???) -8.75" tall -Great pre-owned condition. 2 or 3 tiny areas where dark "tail feather" bark has worn away to reveal lighter wood on edges.
