Vintage Hand Smocked Overalls Sailboats Baby 12-18

This Vintage Hand Smocked Romper or Overalls is in very good, gently worn condition. There are a few light marks on the smocking but they don't stand out, in my opinion. No size tag so please check measurements. No fabric tags but feels like a cotton blend. I'm guessing this would fit a 12-18 month size. Measures 21" around the belly area, 8" inseam and 26.5" from shoulder to hem. Straps do have one additional button hole to fit a slightly smaller size.
