Beautiful piece of vintage china by Nippon. This is a hand painted butter dish with the insert included. This is made to put ice in the bowl and put the pats of butter on the insert to keep the butter cool during your dinner! Very pretty floral pattern hand painted on a glazed bowl with gold trim. This is a very old piece of china! So pretty displayed with any color of china! Measures 5" wide x 1 1/2" tall without the handles. No chips or cracks seen or felt.
