Vintage Hand Painted Finger Fan Vase Floral Flowers Blue Stoneware

Vintage Hand Painted Finger Fan Vase in blue with a floral design. At least 40 years old, though I would guess 50+ since it was my mom's. Raised dots decorate each of the finger openings. Approximately 6" high and 7" wide. Beautiful condition. Normally these are ceramic or porcelain but this one has a more stoneware feel to it. There are two minor chips but they are hardly noticable, especially on display. See photos. Please note I live in rural Oregon and our post office is understaffed and overwhelmed, as well as closed on weekends. I drop items off 4 days a week in the blue bin drop box but they don't always scan them until they get to Portland.
