Vintage Hand Painted Blue Flower Porcelain Ring w/ Adjustable Metal Band

Unknown metal. 5mm width Floral band set at size 7. Can be bent larger or smaller. 1 & 3/8” x 1” face w/ porcelain measuring 7/8” x 11/16”. Small amount of visible glue & looks as if was painted w/ the same tone of gold painted on the porcelain at one time with a little remaining.
