Vintage Hand Painted 9.5” China Plate with Handles and Luster Glaze Rose Design

This beautiful old vintage plate from Thuringia, Germany features a hand painted rose design. It has dainty handles and a luster glaze. It measures 9.5” across. It is a pre-owned piece that is very good structural condition, having no cracks or chips. The only condition issue to take note of is some tiny dark marks scattered about the plate.
