Vintage Hand Made Lighted Tulle Ballerina Skirt

This burgundy red / black tulle skirt w/satin trim & tie belt, is the perfect fun piece for a party! Custom made. There is a lighting rig inside that runs on three batteries and has an on off switch & is stored a pocket Pair w/ black body suit & boots w/ a fantastic hat for a finished look. The waist can be a bit smaller by tying the satin belt tighter, if you need much smaller best to alter. Across waist - 18 in. Across hips (this is the piece underneath) 28 in. Length 23 1/2 in.
