Vintage Hand Made Full Length Dress with Embroidery and Two Dress Clips

This is a handmade vintage dress. It is a soft white dress with white embroidery on the bodice and dropped waist. I believe the embroidery is machine made. There is a belt to complement the dress. This features a V neck with vintage dress clips at each side. There is a shirred area on the bodice, shoulders and cap sleeves. There are shoulder pads at each shoulder. The waist is a dropped waist. There are buttons on one side to ease in putting on the dress. No size noted but has the following measurements: Bust 34 Waist 30 Neck to hem 53 Sleeve 13 ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. A CLOTH TAPE WAS USED WHILE THE DRESS WAS ON THE MANNEQUIN. Size 10 is an estimated size. No rips or tears. Some loose threads and one rhinestone missing on the dress clips.
