Vintage Hand Carved Bal Ron 12k Gold Filled Left Facing Cameo Brooch or Pendant

Item is in good used vintage condition Light to medium wear and scratches May need a cleaning or polish if desired Marked Bal Ron 12K GF (Gold Filled) Pin back ( mechanism) is in working condition Can be worn as a Brooch or Pendant It has a small oval loop on the back at the top that comes out to place it on a small chain Real Hand carved Cameo Note: see last 2 pictures… some lines or striations on the cameo… front and back…. But mostly on the back….it was like this when I bought it many years ago….
