Single button & zipper closure, 5 functional pockets, & belt loops. Slight notched sides with exterior stitching. Condition is consistent with vintage age & has one tiny fray to the back stitched seam (middle shown in pic 4). Size 6. Approximate measurements lying flat: W: 13.75” L: 15” I: 4” R: 12”
