Vintage Halmode Petites Pleated Dress Teal

See approximate measurements to estimate fit this Halmodes Petites dress is probably a late 70's early 80's disco dress. it's a pleated sheer fabric. material unknown. likely polyester. it's pleated everywhere except the upper back. so skirt, front, and sleeves are all totally pleated. it has two belt loops at the sides. button closure at back of neck. the long sleeves have buttons at the wirst. belt is not included. there were disintegrated shoulder pads that I had to remove. I cut tiny holes, and left the pockets in case someone wants to put new ones in there is a scuff near the hem, and some sort of discoloration on the front that looks like a watermark. all tags are missing except damaged brand tag. there are no care instructions, but I hand washed and line dried the item then lightly steamed it. it seemed to hold up.
