Vintage Halloween turtleneck with black cats and pumpkins

This turtleneck is missing the tag. I’m going to call it a small to medium. I’m 5’8” and I have long arms … the sleeves on this turtleneck are too short for me. I would guess the sleeve size is closer to a small. Check the photos for measurements and let me know if you have any questions
