Vintage Halloween Flocked Black Cat with Green Eyes Die Cut. Double sided die cut. One side is flocked. The flocked side is in good condition. The smooth side is in worn condition. There are areas where tape was most likely torn off. Cat measures 14.5" x 10.25". There is a hole punched out at the top for hanging.
