Vintage Hallmarked Czech Mottled Blue Cabochon & Bead Floral Brooch

Beautiful Czech piece features a large speckled blue art glass cabochon with floral motifs & blue glass accents. Gold tone plating over brass on a filigree platform. Light wear on the cabochon and light glue visible around the small blue stones.
