Closet clean out. Excellent pre-owned condition. Gently used, no major wear. No odors, snags or rips. Bought at H&M at NYC flagship store. 100% Poly but very soft and comfortable. Elastic waist that has a lot of give. Ruching of the fabric adds fun detail to the shoulders. Size 8 but could fit a 10. Cute with leggings too.
