Vntg Halloween Tambourine Noisemaker designed by Fern Bisel Peat for the Ohio Art Company, renowned maker of tin toys. Fern's signature is on the side (see photo). These were made between 1900 and 1940. This one has all of its brass jangles and is in very good condition, except the skin over the top has 2 places where it has been punctured and repaired.
