Vintage H. Samuel Bulova Quartz Mantel clock silver

This was given to my in laws on their 25th wedding anniversary in 1975. My mother in law succumbed to cancer and my father in law remarried and doesn't want it. she always kept in her bathroom. I'm sure you will need to get it professional cleaned. also needs to have it serviced. it ticks, but the arms don't move. it runs on 1 AA battery
