Vintage H & K Tunstall demi-tasse tea cup

This is a vintage tea cup from the 1940s, super cute with English chintz, fruit, and flower motif. Bone china made in England. No saucer (I broke it as a child during a secret tea party). I have no idea what the red markings are.
