Vintage Gunne Sax high neck satin prairie blouse

A beautiful, romantic satin high-neck prairie blouse with lace ruffle and shirred insets on front. Back button closure and pleated sleeve cap with 9 pearlized buttons. Good vintage condition. Gently worn, light wear, in nice shape! Smoke-free home. See pictures for measurements. Size is not marked but appears to measure about a vintage size 9, maybe a modern size small. It fits the size 4/6 dress form nicely.
