Tag says size 3 but please follow the measurements below. There are little seed pearls that form a V at the waist. Needs to be cleaned Waist - 11" laying flat Length - 46" from the shoulder to the edge of hem Bust - 14* from armpit to armpit There is a small mark in the left front of dress as shown in photo but it disappears into the folds and the elastic should be replaced
